Police Say Astrology Influencer Kills Herself, Her Partner, and Her Infant

A 34-year-old woman, an astrological influencer, killed her partner, 8-month-old baby and herself after posting a warning about the “spiritual war” of a total solar eclipse, police said.
On April 8, the same day as the solar eclipse, Danielle Johnson pushed her two children from a moving car onto a busy Los Angeles-area freeway at approximately 4:30a.m local time.
locality, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Half an hour later.Johnson then drove his Porsche SUV at more than 100 mph and crashed into a tree in the town of Redondo Beach. While her nine-year-old child “suffered minor injuries from the fall and was transported to a local hospital,” an LAPD press release added that “her eight-month-old child suffered serious injuries that threatened life and was pronounced dead at the scene.” “Johnson did not survive the collision and was the sole occupant of the vehicle,” the statement added.

Earlier today, Johnson also allegedly ran away from home with his children after stabbing his partner Jaelen Chaney, 29.“At approximately 3:40 a.m. on April 8, 2024, Chaney and Johnson got into a verbal argument. This escalated to Johnson becoming violent, stabbing Chaney, who succumbed to his injuries at the scene,” the statement continued.

“A knife containing biological evidence was later recovered from the scene.” Previously, Johnson called the impending solar eclipse “the epitome of spiritual warfare” in messages posted to X under the nickname “Ayoka,” the Associated Press reported, citing LAPD Lt. Guy Golan.

Just days before the eclipse, Johnson tweeted on April 4: “This eclipse is the epitome of spiritual warfare. Put your protection and your heart in the right place.“Obviously the world is changing right now and if you need to pick a side then now is the time to do something good in your life. Be strong, you understand this,” she added. According to the news agency, police do not consider the eclipse a contributing factor in the deaths “because we don’t know why she did what she did,” Golan said.

Chaney was discovered at approximately 7: 35 p.m. after neighbors at the couple’s Woodland Hills apartment building noticed their front door open and came to check on their well-being. Investigators found tarot cards and black feathers in Johnson’s apartment, according to the LA Times.
