“We would like to extend our gratitude for all of your prayers for locating our daughter Noelle. Those prayers have been answered and Noelle has reached out to us,” Kellie wrote on the social media platform. “Please, we ask that you respect our family’s privacy at this difficult time. And know that we will share updates with you when we can. Thank you for your love and support.”

Noelle had not been spotted since April 3, and the Los Angeles Police Department finally acknowledged her disappearance on April 8. In the 900 block of East Redondo Avenue in Inglewood, Lynch was last seen by the authorities walking out of an apartment complex at approximately five o’clock in the evening.

In an interview with the news organization SF Gate on April 10, her father, Mark, provided information on the circumstances behind Noelle’s disappearance.

He clarified that on April 1, his daughter had left their house angry following a fight between her and her parents.

“We didn’t know where she was going,” Mark told SF Gate. “And the next thing we knew, she was in an accident in L.A. between 3 a.m. to 4 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2.”

Mark reports that Noelle’s car sustained significant damage but that she was not hurt in the collision. Her folks drove from NorCal to meet her after making hotel reservations for her close to LAX.

Noelle did not check into the hotel, nor was she present when her parents did. On April 3, according to her father, their daughter called them from a “strange person’s phone,” and Noelle didn’t make sense during the brief talk.

According to Mark, the LAPD has verified that Noelle can be seen leaving the Inglewood apartment building without any of her possessions in the security camera.

The family continues, “There was no proof that Noelle ever boarded a flight, but her phone was discovered at the Southwest Counter at LAX.”

Noelle attends Sacramento State University as a student. The 23-year-old’s present whereabouts and the method by which she contacted her family have not been made public.
